The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S23 series launch is just around the corner. This is the next-generation flagship series from Samsung, and it will succeed the S22 series.
Samsung has set the launch date for their coming flagship line for February 1, 2023. The S23 series has big shoes to fill as it succeeds the S22 series; one of the best devices of 2022.
What to expect on the S2
The major upgrade in the S23 series will be its processor. Samsung will debut the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor on all three devices in the new series. This new processor from Qualcomm Snapdragon promises a ton of performance upgrades across features on the phones.
In the design department, buyers should not expect much change asides the new flush camera cutout finish. But, in terms of photography, all three devices in the S23 series (especially the ultra with a 200MP main camera lens) promise great improvements. Already, photos taken with the S23 have been leaked ahead of the official launch.
The leaked images show off some impressive improvements compared to the current S22 series. For its pricing, the S23 being the series base model will retail at $799 which is not a big jump from the S22 Series’ pricing from last year. The S23 Ultra will retail at a starting price of $1,199 and the S22+ will retail at $999.
