Microsoft has admitted to an outage on its tools adding that it is investigating issues with its online services. Following reports of outages from users around the world and Downdetector.com, the tech giant reported โ€œservice degradationโ€ for a number of its Microsoft 365 services in a status update. Thousands of users across the globe experienced problems with Teams, Outlook, the Azure cloud computing service, and XBox Live. LinkedIn was also inaccessible in some parts.

According to Sky News, 4,992 incidents were reported with Outlook in the UK alone by 8am and 2,173 with Teams. In India, Outlook users are said to have recorded over 3,000 reports so far. A few Nigerians have also reported the outage in their neck of the woods.
